"It has been a year since I moved into the apartment.  I was really worried because I had always had my own house.  I was worried about privacy.   You have shown this is our house and you treat it like it is.  I was worried about the neighbors being too noisy, etc.  It has been wonderful.  There are really good people here.  My biggest surprise was in the maintenance area.  I was in the pool every day, rain or shine, hot or cold.  It was open and clean.  Your maintenance director came to my rescue because of my stupidity after I had surgery.  It was after hours and he was so kind.  The pool helped me go from a cane to walking freely.  I am so grateful.  I just wish it was open longer.  Your office staff and management are so caring and compassionate.  Thank you so much."

"Hello!  I just wanted to send a letter with our rent check to let you know how happy my boyfriend and I are to live here at Forest Run apartments!  I have had a couple of homes in my life, but I really feel that I'm not missing out on the "house life" because of how beautiful our apartment is.  We have the woods in our back yard and the pool in the front.  Whenever we have friends and family over they comment on how "cozy" our apartment is!  I do let other people know how nice we have it here.  Your management staff does an excellent job as well as the maintenance men.  We hope to stay here at least another year!  The neighbors are real nice also.  We feel very lucky and wanted to let you know this!  Thanks for everything!"
