"I love living at Morningside on the Green apartments. They are very spacious, almost like a house. I like it that we have our own washer and dryer right in the apartment. Whenever we need something fixed or looked at it gets fixed. Chris is an amazing maintenance worker. Everyone in the office and the neighbors are so friendly. They keep everything nice and clean outside and in. Morningside is the most professionally run apartments I ever lived in. We have a pool and fitness center and even a vending machine outside by the pool, so there's somethng for the kids to do. My son loves playing basketball with his friends on the basketball court and there's a bike trail that's very peaceful, with all the trees surrounding it. My son loves the coloring contest they have and you can win prizes. This will be our third year here and I would recommend Morningside to everyone."

"I have been a resident of Morningside on the Green since 1991. It has become my home. I love my spacious one bedroom apartment with my own entrance and garage for more privacy. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and take great pride in seeing that my needs and requests are taken care of promptly. I love the fitness center which is free to all residents and I take advantage of the beautiful pool in the summer. The location is very close to East Towne and surrounding businesses and Sun Prairie is very close by. I have made good friends here and I am pleased to call this my home!"

"In January of 1999, I was moving back to the Madison area after being in another state for 17 years. I was in town for three days in search of a place to live. The first place that I looked at was Morningside on the Green. The people in the office were very friendly, made me feel very comfortable and answered all the questions that I had. We took a short walk to view the apartment and I just loved the cathedral ceilings on the second floor, the private entrance, the washer/dryer in the unit, and detached garage...everything I wanted in my new home. I did check out other apartment complexes, but Morningside on the Green just felt like home.
The complex is very clean and well maintained. If you do encounter any problems, they are fixed in a very timely manner. The pool is great during the summer months. Everyone is very friendly and I feel very safe and at home at Morningside on the Green."
