"I have lived in my current apartment for going on 10 years now and have just signed my lease for another 12 months because of the excellent treatment I have been given throughout those 10 years. Even with a few personnel changes in the office I have noticed no change in the service.  Have a problem?  As few as you may have, help is on its way day or night.  The few concerns I may have had were addressed with what seems to me, a more than anticipated response.  During a very hot summer a few years back, I noticed a huge increase in my electric bill.  I mentioned to the staff that my air conditioner looked a bit older and within a week I had a new energy efficient unit installed and the power bills dropped significantly.  The pool is also a nice touch and the groundskeeping is outstanding.  I could go on and on, but in short, if you're considering joining me and other satisfied residents here at Village Green East, sign the lease!"

"My boyfriend and I have recently moved to Village Green East.  The office staff there is great!  They made moving very easy for us, and even let us move in early for free, which was very helpful!  When we moved in, out apartment looked great!  It was very clean with many new appliances.  We love this area because it is very quiet and the whole complex is very well kept.  One last thing that we really like is the fitness center.  It is very nice to have that so close to home!  We can't imagine living anywhere else!
